The Mar Lee neighborhood is comprised of brick and frame single-family homes occupied by middle-income families. The neighborhood is bounded by West Mississippi Avenue on the north, West Jewell Avenue on the South, Federal Boulevard on the east and Sheridan Boulevard on the west. Though predominantly residential, Mar Lee has a diverse business community and excellent transit access along Federal Boulevard, West Mississippi Avenue and Sheridan Boulevard. These streets provide excellent access to downtown Denver as well to other regional shopping and job centers.
